A former steroid addict's message

Many years ago, Patrick stood in front of a bathroom mirror and made the decision to take steroids. With the swallow of a pill, Patrick went down the road of a steroid addict. It took years, with the birth of his daughter, for him to realize what a terrible mistake he had made. Now, Patrick has quit steroids and instead trains people from all different backgrounds with his new knowledge clean and functional training. After gaining international attention from competing on American Ninja Warrior, he has made it his goal to become a voice for the natural athlete and has traveled around promoting the true idealogy of fitness. In a few months, I will be traveling up to Buffalo NY to interview Patrick Hall in person at his own gym.
